We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data (meaning any information about you from which you can be identified) and this Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this App. This version of the Policy is dated February 2021. This App is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament in April 2018 and enforced by May 25th, 2018 and we have appointed a Data Protection Lead to oversee compliance with this Privacy Policy. Registration Data: To access and use some elements of the services in this App you must create an account by providing us with the information which is identified on the relevant registration page: username, email and password, or if you register using your Google or Facebook user information, this information will be replicated securely in Google Firebase.

Contact Data: When we want to communicate with you, or you with us, we use your email address, username and any other data that you provide to us as part of your account.


How We Collect Your Personal Data

You provide us with your personal data when you: create an account; access or use the App; enter a competition or promotion; provide us with your feedback; or, otherwise interact or correspond with us.

How and Why We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data in accordance with Data Protection Law and on the following bases: We use your Registration Data, User Data and Contact Data so that we can deliver services to you; We use Technical Data in order to operate and administer services and to assist in security fraud prevention and system integrity; We and our commercial partners use Identity Data and Contact Data to administer and operate contests, prize draws, competitions or other promotions including selecting the winners, delivering the prizes and publishing the results.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Our third party service providers may use your personal data in accordance with our strict instructions and are not permitted to use your personal data for their own purposes, unless authorised by us to do so.

We may also disclose your personal data to our commercial partners when you enter a competition or promotion, or if you win a competition or promotion we may disclose your Username online.

We may also disclose your personal data if we believe we are required to do so by law.

Transferring Your Personal Data Outside the EU

We store all data on secure services in Europe and do not routinely transfer your personal data outside the EU but if we do transfer your personal data outside of the EU we will ensure that your personal data is protected to a similar degree in accordance with Data Protection Law.

Security of Your Personal Data

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

Data Retention

We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for including for the purposes of satisfying any accounting, reporting or other legal requirements, in accordance with our internal Data Retention Policy your personal data will be deleted when you delete your account, and / or 14 months after you have last used the App.

Access To Information

For your own knowledge, the European Data Protection Board ensures strict adherence to the principles that underpin it. Data must:
